After confirmation of the booking 100% of the costs must be paid. Advance payment by bank transfer.
Upon written cancellation up to 8 weeks before arrival, no fee will be charged. Within 8 weeks the cancellation fee is 25% of the booking sum. In case of cancellation after 30 days before arrival you will be charged the full amount.
